1. ALL cards are DLVD – International buyers must pay $4 for S/H costs
2. Cards will ship out in toploaders, bubble mailers and with tracking (and insurance on higher end deals)
3. $6 minimum purchase please..... HOWEVER if it falls under $5.99, then I can ship them in PWE, if you are willing to accept on your own risk!
