If you email them I'm sure it is possible (As long as you get a response)

My 4/3 and 4/10 batches are pushed back to 6/2 and 6/9 currently. Keep getting pushed further back.

I just want to point out that showing 100 items per page no matter what number you choose is going to overwhelm their terrible server even more.

I think this will be the end of COMC. Service sucked before and after all this I'm sure it will be worse.

They are bullet proof and they know it....Sales are thru the roof..The amount of Buyers & Sellers they have since they joined up with Ebay has grown to numbers that even they could not have envisioned..........Things could not be better for them.

Everyone has accepted High fees, bad customer service, losing and/or destroying our cards, batches that may take probably 6 months to a year to get processed, shipping times that are criminal and excuses after excuses, and yet people are standing in line to send them more cards.

Like I said they are Bulletproof because of sales.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...as unpopular as it may be, they need to temporarily stop accepting submissions of non-current year basic service cards until they can clear some of the backlog. If they don't, I don't see any way of them ever catching up. For all we know, things that are accepted now may not be done for a year.

Another thing to keep in mind: once they do open things up, there will be a whole bunch of people having orders sent home. Their shipping department is going to get even more bogged down than it currently is. I have about 300 cards (so far) than I want sent home. There have to be others with far bigger orders than that.

Have you heard Amazon is taking weeks to ship things that used to be at your home in 2 days... I guess both Amazon and COMC are going bankrupt before this COVID thing is done...

As someone with Amazon prime who has been actively using it, it kinda sucks right now (but understandable).

I've had things take up to 3 weeks to get. My mom ordered something last week and she said the ship time said somewhere in June.

I've had decent luck with most Amazon orders...just a day or two later than normal.

All my shipping supplies and stuff from Amazon have been arriving just fine. There was something a few weeks ago about them pushing items considered essential out faster than non-essential stuff. Business supplies are considered essential.

Odd, I bought some bubble mailers and took about 2.5 weeks.

I was thinking about sending a small batch guaranteed to at least get some $20 cards on site but now reconsidering.

I guess I don’t know the definition of guaranteed. Are they at least discounting those if late?

This will definitely not be the end of COMC. I'm not saying they are without problems, they certainly have some. But I've noticed Blowout has become increasingly more and more anti-COMC lately, and at times it feels like hating on them is just the thing to do

I do fully admit that is easy for me to say as I don't sell with them (minus some very small flips here and there) and haven't had troubles with them as a buyer before this, and I completely understand why there are big delays. But I'm also aware of the problems that are out there

Comc should have a friend referal link, got a buddy who wants to join. Not that they need new customers if they can’t keep up with what they got lol!

FWIW: I really wish COMC would consider a tiered cash out rate for Paypal deposits like they do for blowout gift cards. The benefits immensely outweigh the extra .9-3.5% they make.

1) A lot of the people who sit on store credit would feel more inclined to cash out.
2) when shipping is back to normal, people would stop sending items home to sell on Ebay
3) COMC offering a better cash out fee than ebay's 10% could mean more submissions (Not that they need that right now considering the backlog)
4) More people would deposit store credit; more of an incentive to use the website and try to flip items

They just cut the cash out fee by half 18 months ago... and people on this board think they're heading toward bankruptcy already. 10% is just fine IMO.

They cut it by 5%. They're getting 5% off the top.

Anyways, they don't want people to cash out via paypal/check. They have no incentive to get people to do that. They want people to either go through blowout or just keep their money on site.

They are printing money right now. I really don't understand the bankruptcy argument people make.

@JV Fair points and it makes sense from a business perspective.

Entirely my POV: I feel like someone cashing thousands of dollars should get a better rate than someone who cashes out 100 dollars.

Had a 3-week batch nearly completed on time but they are still working on a couple cards. They logged it a week after they got it too.

I disagree...I am going to be cashing out around 7 grand in the next few days unless i can get someone to take it and sell me a port soon.....i think comc getting $700 (Plus the $350 they already took) is fair...so they got $1,050.00 plus storage fees and processing fees...i am ok with that everyone should get a piece.

Not printing money BUT they are making money. Unless there is something that we do not know about they should not go bankrupt.

Lowered their cash out fee but added a transaction fee. Very smart business Why?? Not everyone cash out but everybody buys/sell. Some people selling a lot of low dollar cards and buying high dollar stuff and sending it home. (for PC or sale other places) others just sell to buy for PC. They get nothing but the processing and S&H fees!!!! Now they could get that transaction fee several time on a card through flippers. (some cases more then the card is worth)

You are not Bernie bro. As you see the guys with the money should get the better deals. My POV everyone the same but lower NO I'm no Bernie bro.
