Ever since they did the site update/maintenance. My whole customer support account seems to be gone. I can login but I get an error message anytime I try to see "Open Tickets" or " Closed Tickets" I have outstanding redemptions and requests for factory damaged card replacements for some high value items. I sent them an email over the weekend and haven't heard back yet. I thought it might have been just me but after reading your post it seems it may be a system-wide issue, but I can at least login. We'll update if I hear back from them... good luck
