| Member | Service for receiving, shipping and selling cards?

I'm an investor. I don't need to have the cards in my hand and to me, they're like stock shares in various players. I root for them in during the season and sell when they're hot. I'm now living outside the US and can't receive and ship cards on my own. Aside from the PWCC Vault, is there a service where you can buy cards on eBay, have them shipped there, then sold again on eBay when you want to? Of course, it would be helpful for it to be a state without sales tax but maybe that's just wishful thinking. |

COMC is in Washington state, which has a 10% sales tax on items shipped there. So using their Mailbox submissions may not be the best way to have your items shipped there. Plus, they've almost doubled the costs of using that service in the past couple years. https://www.comc.com/mailbox But flipping directly on COMC is probably what you're looking for. Otherwise, there really isn't another option. https://www.blowoutforums.com/showth...ghlight=primer The big issue with COMC crossposting to eBay when it comes to ROI is that they increase the COMC BIN price by 15% on eBay in order for the item sale to cover their fees. However, if you're willing to sell your cards at auction, that would reduce your fees in this manner but open you up to taking losses on the cards you put up for sale. |

If you treat cards as a business, and have a tax ID, would you be able to avoid the WA sales tax? I assume the OP needs to do that anyway, to properly account for the “investment”’activity, and be sure he can take costs vs sales price to accurately get credit for profit. As well as choose to do things like take losses forward to additional tax years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk | |

Bryan Wells is the man. I definitely recommend using shipmycards because he is a great guy and has a nice customer base that he has built.
