Between this and eBay Bucks cashing out, I should be able to get something semi-decent. It sounds like this does work on best-offers, but has anyone had luck winning an auction and then using this for the discount at checkout?

Yep. I just won auction a couple hours ago, was able to apply both eBay bucks and coupon to it

Nice! I’m bidding on an auction right now that I’m planning to use this coupon/eBay bucks on. It ends in a couple days, gotta make sure I win that one to take full advantage of the discount. I’m also waiting for money from Probstein to hit my PayPal, it would be nice if that was deposited before I win any more auctions.

Me. I thinking maybe they don't give out the coupon to those who are currently bidding on items cause the coupon is meant to incentivize those who aren't currently buying to buy stuff.

Just a heads up if it wasn't mentioned already. I was able to stack multiple low dollar items in my cart to get to $50 then use it. Doesn't have to be one item
