Congratulations!

Your backlog, your little bundle of joy, is now 3 years old!

One thing stood out to me in reviewing my past correspondence with Joe and/or Steve...

March 2017 was the month they realized their backlog was out of control and they ceased offering Monthly (now, Quarterly) Collectors Club Grading Specials for modern sports cards, at any minimum quantity requirement, at better than bulk prices.

Oh, March 2017, how I remember you fondly and miss you dearly. Collectors Club Special #1... All Sports, 1956-Present, 25 card minimum, $6.00 per card!
