While this is true to an extent, the bigger issue here is with their card values (since this is a card forum).

The inevitable next prospect will be stealing their thunder. Plus their comps to other players at the same age may make them seem less. Of course, Soto is already 27, so his time is running short

I honestly don’t know.. but I do know that Opening Day Photo Variations are usually very short printed. Last year’s 2019 Opening Day, Juan Soto & Mike Trout both have a 1 PSA pop. Mike Trout has a 4 PSA pop in the 2018 Opening Day set.

Why can't the play until May 1st? I heard a 2 week delay at this point mid April.

Finally picked up an SP. Really pleased with how tough PSA is on these, saving me some money. The slightest hint of white on the upper left seems consistent with the rough cut. Hard to improve upon this as it came out of the pack.

Adding: Never mind. The last cant be the Clear Travel, the cup is in the wrong place. And not the complete set all star card.

Going for the image variations? Dugout, OD Sock It To Me, Convention Room Key?

No sports on Chicago until at least May 1st per the state Governor. I wonder if he has the ability to lift this if things get better before that.

But what is that bottom left??? The Topps logo is weird... but visually I can’t tell from the front of the card

It looks like an “on demand” print of some type with no foil in the Topps logo

Nice notice on the Topps logo. Bottom left could be the clear travel. The logos are those are not foil but stark white, I think.
