I never knew the “bookend” last auto was actually a thing. I learn something new everyday.

My Topps Now Sotos came in today.
Really nice cards.
Just a bummer that Topps screwed up with the parallel color on the NLDS card.
/10 are supposed to be red, but they used the color for /25 by mistake.

Gold TU #US300 /2018 PSA 10 just sold for $1,051... Previous sales were $1,257 & $1,300.

If we see a dip in Soto’s prices, depending on how long this “delay” turns out to be and the size of the dip I think I’m all in on our boy Soto.

Bring back baseball!!!! Praying for everyone’s health and well being, take care of yourselves. There will be baseball again! Soto for life!

May have messed up the color but they killed it on your that "LA" relic!

I got an email form Topps today saying my Topps Now Futures Nationals Mystery Chrome auto /50 of Soto is delayed 30 days. Didn’t know who it was going to be, but extremely happy when I got the email saying it was Soto!!

Haha! Not me! I don’t collect Heritage throwbacks. I did buy the Juan Soto Opening Day Variation with his famous World Series “bat drop” photo.

Extremely nice! Any idea on the total print run on those? It's on my real short list and came real close to pulling the trigger as soon as I saw it.

I honestly don’t know.. but I do know that Opening Day Photo Variations are usually very short printed. Last year’s 2019 Opening Day, Juan Soto & Mike Trout both have a 1 PSA pop. Mike Trout has a 4 PSA pop in the 2018 Opening Day set.

Got it! I just get nervous on cards as soon as the 1st one surfaces when a price is anything over a couple hundred bucks. Always feel like I'm taking the bait and the next one will surface 1/10th of the price or something. Of course, a lot of times they end up being deals too. D@mned if you do type stuff.

Haha! That unfortunately happens to me all the time. This is one of the few times I think I did right by purchasing the first one at $125 (asking was $249).

When the 2020 Topps Trout Reverse SSSP came out, I had the chance to “buy it now” at $400. I let that one pass by, then the price skyrocketed to $700-800 with the next few copies that surfaced on eBay.

Unfortunately if baseball is suspended too long it will throw Soto and Acuna off their current career trajectories. Anything more than a year would not be good.
