They had a part in that as documented in a peer-reviewed study. I know there are a few others that I didn’t bookmark.

Bloomberg spent $500 million and look how that worked out for him.
Russia! Russia! Russia!

He has TDS and won't be cured until 2025. Possibly never after Ivanka or Eric win.

I am genuinely happy to provide laughs for the board. You guys provide the same for me. The gullibly of those who believe President Trump is hilarious. Time and time again, he has been proven a liar and yet you hang on his every word as gospel.

Weren’t you one of the ones who believed nonsense publications over the 2016 and 2020 threads?

It’s sad that the evidence is hitting you in between your eyes yet will believe guys like Alex Jones and Chezball.

When is the next conspiracy theory coming out?

Did Hillary cook up the CoronaVirus with main ingredient being Epstein’s soul, children’s tears, and Bill’s DNA taken from Monica’s dress?

This captures the confusion over what "election meddling" actually entails.

Virtually every dollar that Michael Bloomberg spent was clearly a political ad and clearly coming from Michael Bloomberg. He was not trying to run some underlying, nefarious campaign to breed confusion and division by promoting two extremes of various polarizing issues.

The meddling that Russia's IRA deployed was disinformation and division. Standard Russian tactics from the Cold War, but now taking advantage of key, polarizing issues in the US. Social media accounts that mirrored known pro-____ accounts and clones media accounts to simulate real news organizations. IRA Twitter accounts like TEN_GOP acted like the Tennessee Republican Party and another account even got retweets by candidate Trump.

There's zero debate on this.

As a nation, we should be embarrassed that we blindly retweet or share accounts that have zero credibility. Both sides were duped.

Acknowledging that meddling happened does not have to mean that Trump's win is tainted or anything else.

It happened. We're dumb. Let's try to make it not happen again...no matter who wins.

Do any of us really think that the Bernie populism push wasn't at least somewhat influenced by outside actors? Let's not play the fool. There's organic growth...then there's this.

This is what happens when you outsource American jobs to China and actually need things. This is what Trump means by make America Great Again. Bring those jobs back and worry about home first.

Don't worry, I want to fix the tax loopholes so multi-million dollar corporations pay their fair share, too. I also want the ultra rich paying more.

Another great thing is once you take profit out, you can start lowering costs by price fixing. So, in essence, you'll get more bang for your buck. Most likely you'll end pay paying less in taxes for healthcare than you did paying for private insurance.

The difference is that at some point in your life, you or someone you know may need the fire department, rescue squad, police officer, and primary education. Paying for a neighbor's health insurance does nothing for me but waste my hard earned money that I could use to better something in my or my families life.

Except of course when your neighbor's house is foreclosed. Poof. There goes the neighborhood.

Ditto, same here.
Maybe the loser who had his house foreclosed on shouldn't have been such a deadbeat.
Of course his answer would be that I should have paid his mortgage payment.

Marsha, Marsha, Marsha! I mean....

Russia, Russia, Russia!

discostu explained Russia vs. Bloomberg very well.

Look beyond your gut, your own opinion, Trump's word (which is generally a lie) and look at facts, data, and research. That's all.

Hey I'm just stating what dicostu stated. Which by the way I agree with 100 percent.
It's not humanly possible to shift faith in a forum, so I'm hardly going to attempt that.
Russia is your boogeyman.

With the information you supplied, I should do ______.

What are the answers? What is the takeaway from all of it?

tritty, I wouldn't call you racist, but the story you told in effort to prove that you aren't was simply cringe-worthy. I'd retire that one toot sweet.

I can't speak for them, particularly since I don't fit so neatly into the box labelled "Libs", but I can tell you categorically that I don't want the President to get sick from this or anything else, and I would (and have) shut down anyone talking that jazz in front of me.

If one desires their adversary become incapacitated or even die to feel like they have won, it's time they looked into playing different game.

Two things to this....

First... this is exactly why I never understood the rhetoric about the Dems trying to stage a coup by Trump and Co. Because at best for them he'd get removed from office and then it would still be a Republican presidency and senate, I'm not sure they really know what a "coup" actually is, they weren't stealing the power back.

Second... I can only speak for myself personally, but I just don't like him or want him to be president less about his policies but because of the way he acts, I find him to be an embarrassment to our country and to myself as an American, regardless of how good or bad his policies may or may not be for our country.

Alas, it's true. He's like a child raised by wolves who learned to speak English by watching "The Sopranos". It's nails on the chalkboard listening to someone of average intelligence (and that might be generous) go on like they are the smartest person in the room. All politics aside, anyone who honestly thinks Trump is very smart at this point is in a cult, and he is their leader. There's simply no other way to parse it.
