Has either Warren or Steyer explained with specifics how their plans for slavery reparations will take place?

Will they government just give a one time check to every African-American?
For all OR just those 18+ years old?
What about future African-American children?

Will it only be for those that can prove being direct ancestors of slaves?

What about a black immigrant who came to USA in 2008 and eventually became a citizen and has no family bloodlines to slavery?

What about Obama, P-Diddy, Dennis Rodman, Ben Carson, and Beyoncé - would they get checks?

Will it be something totally different than giving a check and maybe a more progressive plan where government goes affirmative action x10 and offers housing, loans, business opportunities, employment, schooling, so on above and beyond to African Americans? If so, for how long?

It would be so fascinating if it ever did take place. Would love to see what "price" is the "acceptable price." Would love to see the annual amount and the length of payments for all to be satisfied.

Please don't turn it into a racist conversation that gets thread deleted. It's a topic that is part of some of the candidates platform but I can't find any concrete specifics on how it will play out
