It's getting real now...

"Two masked thieves in Hong Kong were arrested Monday after holding a delivery man at knifepoint and stealing hundreds of rolls of toilet paper, as panic over a lack of supplies grows in the world financial hub currently fending off the widespread outbreak of the coronavirus on the Chinese mainland.

They then stole more than 600 rolls of toilet paper worth about $130 from the delivery truck, police said."

The grammar police around here might not get the humor in this and think you just can't spell.

I heard someone bring up an interesting thing...bubble wrap. The vast majority is made in china. Inside the bubbles is Chinese air. Corona virus can be passed through the air. If an infected person is working at the bubble wrap factory, you could theoretically get corona virus from popping bubble wrap.

We have a client at work who is refusing to accept delivery of his new computer because it was assembled in China and he's convinced it's full of corona virus.

Just tell him you had it treated - and throw a little talc over the outside of it. (Ironically the talc would be more dangerous than the imaginary coronavirus.)

Two patients with the virus were just brought to our local hospital. Apparently they're from one of the cruise ships, and the nearby Air Force Base has run out of room for them.

I am in no way taking away from the seriousness of this...for a moment I want to mention the effect of the virus on our hobby. Anyone who uses pages, penny sleeves, top loaders, one touches etc. are about to feel the effects of the virus in an indirect way. All of the aforementioned products are manufactured in the area of the world most affected by the virus. Until there is a cure for the virus, supplies are about to become difficult to get.
