I'm honestly kind of surprised by the Optic's right now. Are people just overlooking them? I'm not seeing any change in prices right now. For now, I'm priced out of the higher stuff so looking at Optic, and just might buy more, but is there just that many of them and it's not worth it and I should just try for a Prizm?

very cool, will just do the parade part next year,seems like a more family enviroment.

There is a very good chance there will be a next year too. As long at Mahomes is there and has the weapons he has, the Chiefs will be favored every year. The expectations for the Chiefs are very high. He has not even learned how to play the position YET, but his stock is rising as we speak.

I am new to football over the last couple years. Didn't really have a team but watching KC's runs I have decided to make them my team to cheer for, young exciting offense plus Mahomes is a likable guy. I wanted to pick up a rookie of his and went with an optic holo which I got for about $180 US. It seemed like a good deal to me, but maybe Im missing something? Happy to pay that for the collection regardless.

I agree, it is only a matter of time before the optic rises. Its debatable 2nd/3rd best base card available for Mahomes and the Prizm price is out of reach for most.

Noticed the same thing and I think these are an absolute steal right now! The market is flooded at the moment and I think once things start drying up we will see a huge spike on everything so if you buy now you should be able to cash in come August/September i remember being able to get brady bowman chrome psa 10 for 3-350 after either his 4th or 5th Super Bowl and once those got bought up they were selling for 7-900 and now they are over $2000 and yes I understand both are different circumstances but this is the closest example I can remember since I got back into collecting

I know I'm pretty upset, I was planning on holding it and passing it down one day... but life has a way of making its own plans for you. I do feel lucky to have collected Mahomes, if I didn't I'd be in a lot of trouble lol

Had a blast yesterday at the Parade. Patty looked to have a great day between the parade and Post Malone concert. Its nice to see him enjoy the moment, especially since he is only 24.

I hope he enjoyed it so much he wants to have the same party next year. Same time and place.

non-auto? auto are over 1500 on average, not really chump change.

Cards like that usually aren’t on a checklist. I’ve been in a break when a Watson like that was pulled in the case

Just got this in today. These bronze autos are pretty tough to come by. They aren’t numbered but there are 4 graded by PSA and 5 by BGS. Those numbers suggest a shorter print run than the black /25. Anyway, happy to add this one!

Nice! The Bronze are beautiful cards. Wish I had one of my Bronze Optic base back.

Not trying to pump up any card...but the Mahomes Optic RED/YELLOW...in my opinion is one of the better Rated Rookies out there...bc it's the Chiefs colors...a def must have for you Mahomes collectors!

I think I’m general any parallel matching team colors look best and should have a higher value.

Agree. Basically anything with the red focus is eye catching IMO.
