Should have already had a 4th. Still think he got robbed by liability in the field and can't run Miguel Cabrera that one year.

For the doofuses (doofusi?) that mention World Series, playoffs and win totals: MVP is an individual award. He can't control sh*tty pitching or overpaid regressing hitters. He just does what Mike Trout does: Remain the single best player in MLB.

While I'm sure Trout would love a World Series title, I just hope (and I know he will), continue to be a great person on top of the baseball stuff. Oh, and Pete: Did Jeter give you a gift basket when you left in the morning? I heard he used to do that.

I get what you're arguing against, but would it really surprise you if ballots came in early? Trout was seemingly ahead by a healthy margin by the time he went down. We saw the early ballot thing come up with Porcello/Verlander in 2016. I honestly don't know why it's even allowed to do a ballot before the season's over. Makes no sense, no matter who you vote for.
