1. You're acting like either A. a dick or B. a douche.
2. One post about how you felt would have been sufficient. 5 posts is trolling the OP. 3. It's not your money, so why you felt the need to continuously criticize the OP is beyond me. 4. Last response you'll see from you. Have fun pretending to be a victim when you've been the aggressor in this situation. 5. Dueces, douche.

If you needed a big hit to pay off your credit card debt I’m not very hopeful about your financial future

"Funny but also sad. I guess card collecting is no different from anything else - always scammers looking for to rip people off. Glad to see some people on here calling them out."

OP, good luck man. I appreciate you taking on a challenge, what you will learn from trying to move these cards will benefit you in the long run.
I enjoyed this thread because it highlighted of my favorite underrated things in this hobby. The way sellers at shows price cards with no rhyme or reason. Seeing a $13 sticker on an Al-Farouq Aminu vet auto or a $15 sticker on a Derrick Caracter contenders rookie auto is just perfect.

OP - how many total cards would you say are in this lot? I'm sure you could sell autos and game-used relic cards for 50-60 cents apiece in large lots if you wanted to (or trade to BO for store credit at 75 cents per card). I'd say it would probably be best to sort the cards by complete no-names and move all those in to their own lot and do a full count of the total # of cards. Then find out which cards you might be able to get about $5 to $10+ for and try to move those individually. Still a ton of work, but if you have 1500+ cards (and not all of them are 50-60 cent cards), I don't see why you wouldn't be able to break even if you put in the time. If there are under 1000 cards in total, then it will definitely be harder to make your money back.

I have met some scummy dealers that will try to make people feel like they are investing in cards that are sure to make them the big cash wad. If OP feels like the price he paid for these cards was worth it then there's not much else to say, hopefully he has fun with them. |

Burn the witch!!!
Off with his head!!! Hang 'em high!!! The D was spot on with his $2000. Card flip comments about buying picked over collection and the Seattle Mall show. Have we lost all common sense? Since when does speaking the truth lose newbie cred? Shame on This place. Did The D get called a PBM because the mob here finally disagreed enough this time — of the many over 160 posts — or did they acquiesce to the woke twitter mob? That is our politically correct culture today. And that culture is driven by hypocrites. It is the social media-fuelled angry Blowout mob that calls for the Bullying of anyone who voices an opinion with which they disagree. It seems to happen every day. In fact on this board, as the mob was attacking The D, it was running a side protest calling for the ending of The D's ability to post because The bullies don't like his opinion, therefore The D is a heretic and the mob wants blood. Any see the similarities? Too Soon? |

Here's the way I look at it. Let's say you're looking to buy a card and are willing to spend $10. Here are your two options. Option A - The card is available at COMC for $10 COMC credit. You have credit in your account (which would require you to pay 10% to cashout if you'd prefer cash), so the cost is really $9 to you. Option B - The card is available on eBay. It's $7 plus $3 shipping and handling. But, you have taxes to pay as well. You also earn 1% eBay bucks. So the cost to you is actually about $10.50. Now, you look at those two options above from the buyers perspective, and you think, yeah, option A is probably better.... but only marginally so. No flip that story to the seller's perspective. Under Option A, the seller receives COMC credit of 95% of the sale after the .30 listing fee, and only spent a few cents to mail the card to COMC because they were smart and sent a couple hundred at the same time. So the seller nets $9.15 Where under Option B, the seller has to pay ebay fees, paypal fees and has to ship the card, usually one at a time unless he combines shipping, etc, and so in this situation, the seller nets about, $6. COMC creates a WIN/WIN for the buyer/seller in this situation. The seller can actually lower the price a buck or two and still come out ahead, while moving far more inventory far more quickly. For me, I don't think it's even close. On sub $40, it all goes to COMC these days. And a lot of stuff that's higher dollar than that too. Then, even if I have to sell for lower than eBay, I look at that math above, and think about the time involved, and to me, it is a HUUUUUGE no brainer. Send it to COMC. Everyone wins. OP, I think that's your best option here by a long shot and would 100% recommend looking into it. Best of luck to you.

Anyone that refers to themselves in the 3rd person needs a mental eval.

Judging by his flurry of recent posts he either a) just got out of prison or b) has been on a 10 year drug binge... or both

Idk what happened to this thread lol.
Anyways, I've been pretty busy with other stuff too, I'll get to people about the cards they requested. |

At least the seller didn’t hear about devonte graham yet. See a handful of his autos that probably would have been picked out.
