Rookie Chasing: Contenders Draft Picks or Contenders?

Hey guys,

I would have thought this question has already been asked loads times but I can't seem to find it anywhere. If I were looking to pick up a few basketball hobby boxes in search of Zion and Morant, should I get Contenders Draft Picks now or wait until Contenders in December? Is it true that the hobby market puts more stock in the latter?

Finally, does anyone have any clue what the December boxes might be retailing at or is there no way to know? There are less guaranteed autos than Contenders Draft but they are on-card, so should I be expecting a higher price or about the same (currently $249)?
