Sent package and it was REFUSED on Monday. Emailed problem orders at PSA and haven't heard anything. Anyone else experience the same recently?

If you go to psacard.com/cert and put in the cert #, it should show the actual card scan post assembly. If there's an error, the card typically is not fully finished yet. Not sure but I doubt it that PSA reuses cert numbers.

Well that was fast! Kinda pisses me off that they prioritized this order ahead of my expedited "2 day service" 1 card order for my Jordan RC which has now been there for 3 days and counting lol, but I'll take it!

Geeze those turnaround times seem unreal. Mine dropped off at the Nationals going on over 30 days now so hopefully it will be soon. For whatever reason has been in assembly for a couple of weeks.

Glad to see my "2 Day Super Express" service is still sitting there in 'Quality Check 2' 5 days later while my previously submitted 15 free voucher cards got shipped already despite only being there for 2 weeks lol

Crazy fast grading
Very happy with the results. A couple 8's!! Lots of 7's and mostly 6's.

See, this is the stuff that frustrates me with PSA. I am assuming you didn't do an express submission? They received mine on August 8th for a 25 day 3 card submission, it sat in the grading stage for 33 business days, and now it has been in the assembly stage for going on 5 business days. And I know others with similar submissions have been sitting even longer than I have! The first come, first serve doesn't apply at PSA apparently.

the only thing i was thinking was that it was 60 of the same card set. It doesnt make sense sometimes

That theory may not be so far-fetched. Subs with big chunks of the same card gets graded first...hmm..I have 30 more Acuna Updates to grade...may just sub that in BULK!

I do think this happens and I’m ok with it. My last sub was all over the place with some oddball stuff and regional stuff. Makes sense it would require more time to be researched.

usually means that they either haven't checked the order, or there's an issue with the order.

Finally got the break video up for the 227 card bulk order. It takes ~24 hours to upload a 90+GB file to youtube apparently.

Called PSA and they said they have flagged my order now, so we will see if that does anything to push it through faster or not.

I had one go to assembly Friday and change to QA1 yesterday. I’m sure these times vary.

Can anyone give me any advice on what to do about this? I know Dual Grade is backed up but I'm close to hitting 80 Business Days on a 40 day order @ $20 per card.

I've spoken with PSA Customer Service a few times and I've been very polite but I'm losing my patience. This used to be a 20 Business Day service. They've promised me some vouchers but at this point I'm worried something has happened to my cards.

PSA logged the order on June 6th and it's October now.

It's only 6 cards!

I had an 11 card 25 day review order go 85 business days. I called weekly toward the end, however, I'm not convinced it makes any difference at all.

Moved to assembly as of today (10/1). I'm at 97 business days not counting 5 for the National.
