Saw 4 blasters at Target last night and grabbed all 4. Opened 3 and pulled 3 garbage autos of non drafted players. Will return the last blaster. Seriously is this Panini’s way of ripping off collectors? Is there even a remote chance of pulling a a top 25 draft pick auto in these blasters?

...But Blowout buzz gave these an 'A' grade! You didn't have fun ripping autos of 3 dudes bagging groceries?

I have never pulled a good auto from any Panini blaster, I have heard of one or 2, but the odds are so bad.
I am not sure Target will allow you to return them. I would just keep it and either rip it or flip it online. You can still get a Zion base or insert I guess. |

So you might pull an oncard auto 1 in ~333 blasters |

Unfortunately contenders draft has historically been a bad product at hobby and an extremely awful product at retail. If your not a basketball guy I’d suggest not getting sucked into the Zion hype and buy anything retail other than prizm and possibly optic.

I pulled a Kevin Knox red foil auto last year from the single blaster that I bought. Am going to definitely pass on this years after hearing the horror stories

Contenders Draft Hobby box.... close to $300... 6 Autos
Contenders Blasters 6 for $120.... 6 Autos.... Its retail... I don't want to sound like a jerk but contenders retail always has points / sticker autos... with the rare rare rare chance at an on card lottery guy |

Prizm isnt. Everything else, definitely.
Ive seen about a dozen of these at the local Targets and Walmart. Im sure people that have been burned in the past are wary. Ive never tried them and theres other releases coming up Id rather spend money on. |

if you look on ebay, there have been quite a few good autos pulled from blasters including what i feel is a generous number of zion williamson. i wouldnt wager the house on blasters, but i think they are a little better this year

This is because Prizm is the one product that is not all about the autos, so retail can be decent.
