Ive been picking up some of his stuff since its so cheap. Also have been pulling a lot of his stuff this year so I’ve accepted PCing him.

I spent all summer picking up Eloy, Luis Robert, Frank Thomas and any other White Sox I could find.

Back into collecting after stopping 13 years ago. Collected/collect Frank Thomas and White Sox obviously so growing the PC as much as possible.

As for Eloy, trying for at least 1 of each rookie card but usually ends up in multiples. Have I think about 30 Topps Chromes due to what I opened and buying into breaks. Of course my main targets are autos and colored parallels which color have not had much luck beyond a few easier to get ones. I'll post ore detail of all the cards I picked up later as yet to go through and sort everything properly. I just bought and bought so have stacks of the Eloys, Roberts and other cards I picked up as I just stacked them in my work closet.

Happy I bought more into this kid during his cold streak. Has such an effortless swing that generates hard contact.

Would not be surprised to see a .300/.400/.500+ season with 40+ HR in the near future. The talent is there, just has to prove to be more consistent.

I crapped the bed on this guy. I bought 8x S2 Golds for less than $30 each at release plus some other stuff. Was planning to hold, and then I got anxious when he got hurt. I started reading into injuries, DH for life, etc etc. Of course I sold everything a while back for what I paid. Now Im sitting on zero Eloy's and having major FOMO.

My Eloy TC is definitely short in both directions as well as a Tatis Xfractor I pulled from a pack.
Is PSA judging this as the standard dimension for these cards?

I heard a stat today that he was one of 11 (or now maybe 12) first year players to hit 30hr (being the first time they were called up - no prior service time). The list was full of HOFers (Ted Williams was one) and a few obscure names. Alonso was on the list as well. An obscure stat for sure, but an impressive feat when you consider how many players that captures, his age, and the fact that he hits so many homers to center and right.

Pretty impressive when you think about I hear that, especially at just 22..and yes gotta like the way he’s driving the ball to center/right center so often. Very Judge like.

Yep! Don't forget, he's hit well over .300 at every level. The .269 he's got going on now is quite the outliner. Now we're seeing "adjusted Eloy" as the season winds down. .370 over the last month. It's a very good thing! He has the hit tool to hit .300 and 50 HR's. He's also 22.

Things are about to get real again for the White Sox. That Anderson, Moncada, Jimenez core is saucy...and Luis Robert (32/36 in 122 games) is coming soon to theaters near you. They are going to put up NUMBERS.
