Dynasty help?

Hey guys and girls, I am in my 4th year of Dynasty. I think I have a pretty good squad, finished 2nd last year. 10 team PPR. Each year we have 2 drop 2 players and have a 2 round RC/FA Draft.

There are a few players I am interested in picked up on Waivers/FAB tonight and wanted to get your thoughts. At this point last year I gave on Tyler Boyd and and to not make that mistake again.

QB - Wentz, Ryan, Big Ben
RB - Fournette, Nick Chubb, Aaron Jones, Marlon Mack, Jamaal Williams, Justise HIll, Chris Thompson

WR - Julio Jones, Deandre Hopkins, Calvin Ridley, Will Fuller, MVS(Packers), Antonio Callaway, Trequan Smith, Parris Campbell

TE - Evan Engram

Def - Texans

So, here is what my thinking is.

Potential Cuts - Jamaal Williams, Trequan Smith, Antonio Callaway

Guys I like that are available - Michael Gallup, James Washington, Hollywood Brown, Arsega-Whiteside, and Noah Fant

Any help? I am looking for big upside potential, at WR especially, as we only start 2 WR and with Jones and Hopkins locked in for a while, I need long term, or big upside guys.
