I hate that it’s a guaranteed auto OR relic.

The classic variations look awesome, and it's always an affordable product to crack - the hobby needs things like it and Ginter that aren't crazy expensive. You aren't getting rich on the product but it's usually a fun break.

YUCK! Not a fan of the look. I actually enjoying opening a bit of the Flagship but last few years I have had to carry a bucket around when I open the packs. Just in case

Ugly base card design.....but I'll collect the "Decade's Best" subsets, which look fun, as well as the 1985 inserts.

Not up yet on BO. Another website. Want to lock in but always have to play the guessing game of which SKU will be the best. 19 Series 1 was hobby, Series 2 was jumbo. So hobby for Series 1 for 2020?

It looks too much like Bowman or something. Don't really love.

I see for $550 jumbo and $640 hobby. Who are the big names other than Yordan?

I'd imagine Bo Bichette, possibly Cavan Biggio I didn't check to see if he's in Heritage High.

I might think about a case actually solely for Yordan.

Yordan is going to have a bajillion RC's next year. He will be the 2020 Topps Aaron Judge.

Brendan McKay, Aristides Aquino, Bo Bichette, and hopefully a few nice September call ups.

Will this make Jumbo the better buy? I know Hobby is the only place for Clear/Acetate and Red 1985 Auto, but those do not hit very often/

I think it's impossible to know....everyone used to be heavy on Jumbo (easier to open by the case, minimized time, etc.), so Hobby was left by the wayside for pre orders, imo. Then when the Hobby boxes had fantastic odds in S1, a lot of people pre ordered a lot of Hobby over Jumbo for S2, so the odds for nice hits and color shifted back to Jumbo with S2. Maybe Topps is trying to balance it out everyone orders 1/2 Hobby and 1/2 Jumbo...don't know, but it seemed like it happened that way with Flagship this year.

I see 2020 series 1 is now live on BO. Anybody pre-order themselves a case? Jumbo or Hobby the consensus?

They flip-flop the good vs bad every year it seems. Order an equal amount of both to cover your basis.

Nothing like the 2019 ROY winner having rookie cards in 2020!

Time to debate, 2 cases of 2020 Topps Series 1, or splurge on Update and Chrome Update haha
