OK, can we please get some people with some backbone to at least do some impromptu two minute interviews with some of these scammers.

You DON'T have to be CONFRONTATIONAL, just politely walk up and ask them their opinion on the recent trimmed card threads and such. Just see what they say.

Now is their chance to speak to the sportscard community about it and give their side of it on video.

What's the worst that can happen? they say bug off, or no comment. That's fine, that alone speaks volumes to their guilt, but come on guys, let's not miss the opportunity we have to get some content and help spread the word to the industry

Saw no signs of confrontation today, but I will say that the PWCC and Leaf tables were sparse and poorly attended during the hours I was there. Enjoyed my free 200? 300? Ct box from COMC and cursed my Topps mini bat from the prize wheel for jabbing my side while sticking put of my bag. Was not able to put it to use against the trimmers display cases, though. Overall, fun, but crowded for a Thursday morning. Good luck this weekend y'all. Get 'em!

Yesterday Gary V was doing a interesting talk on stage at the Breakers Pavilion.

Some in the audience got to ask questions.

One man I would say was at least in his 70s had the courage to ask Gary what he thought of the whole scandal using names “PWCC, PSA etc”

Gary responded. I cannot recall his exact words but he did say he thought it was great that it is being brought to light. He also said something like at the same time although he is aware of the forums and work being done by us the people he doesnt want to say too much because of his lack of knowledge in the matter.

I thought it was a good response and he did seem legit interested in the matter. In fairness to him there is a lot of information on here in some of the threads and it would take you lhours - days of reading to catch up to date and everything exposed on here.

Not to downplay the severity of the issue but I would much prefer to see someone who purchased something from said company with alleged issues. Someone who has a little skin in the game and not some ham and egger with his iPhone.

The outcome is irrelevant. It’s hard to take seriously someone with $40 in his pocket talking about a million dollar card

I am sure PWCC's dirty lawyer made sure they did not get caught on video discussing anything....anything said off camera with no proof is just hearsay. I don't deal in high end, but I will make sure that I never deal with them in any fashion. Those people that have those beautiful cards consigned with them are out of their damn mind at this point

Not at all. I thought the guy recording was pretty good. He wasn’t rude or confrontational and just asked pretty basic questions to which they had no reply aside from we don’t talk on camera which is code for we don’t want anything on film that can be used against us in an investigation.


I hope more people do this to them. From what I’ve heard their booth is pretty dead anyway
