Double rips have 2 minis inside

Double rip cards in years past could also have mini rip cards in them, but I don't believe those exist this year.

I haven't seen anything else yet. Got me thinking about the odds. How many rip cards are there?

100 single rip, roughly 65 of each = 6500 minis
45 double rip, roughly 15-20 = 780 minis
50 boxloader rip, roughly 60-65 of each = 9375 minis (3125 stained glass, 6250 other)

That's about 13,500 minis that are not stained glass. 50 wood, say 50 sketches, say 200 metal, say 500 red ink autos (seems like it's probably less than that). Means you've got a 5-6% chance of pulling something other than an EXT mini.

Rookie question but does the numbering of the rip card have any significance? Are you more likely to hit a better card inside a lower numbered card?

Did anyone else have this issue with the gold border hot box cards? The last 1-2 cards in each pack were miscut....including my Pete Alonso.

Mine were of centered left to right

My cases also had almost exact same run

Same issue with my gold box. And of course it was the Alonso and tatis jr that were the worst.

Last year shows 8/8, which would put it on par with 8/7 this year. I'm guessing it'll be a same day sellout, but it'll be interesting if:
- This year's Ginter popularity/quality carries through until then
- NSCC fallout
- Increase in production reflected in availability/pricing

I've never ripped Ginter. Was thinking about buying a few boxes from my LCS, because it looks like a fun and unusual break. Is resale still OK or has it started to fade already?

Caved in. Triples are so poorly labeled on back where to rip. Hank Aaron ext, George Brett ext, Mike Trout stained glass
