Did any one catch the error in the checklist for Wave 1? Acuna was listed as card #100 but is actually card #2. It throws off the entire checklist. Saw some listings on ebay using the Topps checklist and could result in some upset buyers.

I see several things that are bad, business wise, with that paragraph. I’ll hold my tongue after first stating that we’re not all fools.

Having said that, I expected Wave 2’s PR to be twice that of Wave 1. I’d consider the currently stated PR as still low, and I’m happy with it.

Noted in post #184 above (admittedly with an edit). But yes, that will pose huge problems for those sellers.

I know I am probably super late to the party on this so probably last to know but I had know idea these cards were going to be ultra-glossy. I suppose my reading comprehension isn't good or I assumed they wouldn't be as the original set wasn't. I was planning to complete a Twins set to get signed but there's no way these would consistently sign well. I'm out, this set has very few redeeming qualities for me. Best of luck to all though!

Baby Powder or White Erasers will take that gloss right off for autos

Got mine...the cards are near perfect compared to wave 1. I’ve only tossed 2 cards of the 1000 I got. I’m miffed by not getting a Vlad Autograph and my parallels were all no named and not worthy of a photo. I did get a Happ, Rickard and Newcomb Autograph and 1 1/1 so I did well enough, just nothing I wanted. Again quality was great except for the red’s that are all off centered.

Agreed. I was happy with the first few packs... I thought it was going to be a really good break. I had a gold and red in the 1st 5. Black and red in the 2nd 5. 4th group of 5 had the auto and a black. Then the rest of the 10 groups either had just a red or a black.

Still nice. I had better coalition this go around. I just love the set personally. Simple. Limited.
