Went to World War Z played for a few days and just couldn’t get into it for $40 it’s cool but does have it’s lag issues and gun sound issues so I sold it as the game is short

Been on Days Gone for the past week...it’s fun but now getting very repetitive with killing rippers and finding camp people. The game played flawlessly first couple of days early in story now it’s all buggy and choppy riding on your motorcycle...it needs a patch. It sucks there is no multiplayer and why when they have been teasing this game the past 3 years why they couldn’t fix all the issues with it...game plays very similar to State of Decay.

Not sure what I’ll move onto next but really wish Naughty Dog would say a release date for Last of Us 2
Are you playing on a Pro? How far along are you in the game? Seems to be working fine for me. They just updated the game this morning so maybe that will fix it. So far this and Resident Evil 2 are my games of the year. I think it's outstanding!

Only a few more months and we get Borderlands 3! Also Dying Light 2 should be coming out some time this year.

Picked up A Plague Tale: Innocence for the PS4 earlier today, it is superb. Reminds me a bit of Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, another underappreciated, under-the-radar gem.

Beat Rage 2 already... really really quick game it seems. Hoping the dlc they have planned adds more. Anthem still has no update... not sure what to think of that game anymore. Seems all shooters are dying off quickly these days.

Games feel like they are going in the direction of how Hollywood has gone. Very little originality/substance anymore. A lot of retreads.

Not to say there aren't some great games out there, but they seem to be getting fewer and further between.

Yeah... there really is only so much you can do with War shooters. Really annoying how all these shows are being rebooted like you referenced. Just a lack of creativity overall for an industry that thrives off of creativity.

I'm playing Days Gone but I don't have a lot of time to play. So far I'm enjoying it, but those zombie hordes are hard to be for me.

I've only been playing the Call of Duty games for the last 6 years. I enjoy playing with my crew which is the same guys for the last 6 years. So it's more about having great convo's with them while playing the game in the background. Didn't think I would still be playing games at 40 years old, I wonder how many other 40 year olds also hold over a 3 k/d. lol

I just finished the main story and it's one of the best games I've played in the last few years. I really enjoyed it.

Civ is always a blast. Thought about grabbing it myself and seeing if my laptop could handle it.

Beat the secret final stage of The End is Nigh. Damn that was tough. Here’s my run of the final stage if interested. You get 28 lives and if you run out, it’s back to the first screen.

Couple of my buddies had it already and turned me onto it. Got the game and all dlc content on g2a for under $10 so I really can't complain.

I bought Civ 6 through Steam about 3 months ago, been playing it like a mad man. It's a great game. Much more complex than the last Civ I played which was Civ 3 I think. I'm kinda getting tired of it now though. Need something different.

I have a super cheap HP PC, $500 box I got at Best Buy, it runs the game perfectly.

Haven't touched 6 or any of the previous generations. Really only snagged it because my friends were playing it and it was so cheap with all expansions. G2A has some cheap stuff.

G2A is also shady. People have gotten console/ip bans using their stuff because its pretty common they use stolen cards/accounts for the stuff they sell.

Cdkeys (while still slimy by definition) is the safer and more preferred key seller with far less issues.

Civ does get old after awhile and you master the strategy to get your Civ up and running. Usually the same pattern. May grab it today actually... Been playing No Mans Sky lately

I'll be 39 this year and I've always had a 1 K/D. I'm the definition of the average gamer in pretty much all games I play. I'll melt people for a few games and then I'll be a professional corpse for a few games. I've loved playing blackout on Black Ops 4 though.

**Did anyone play Until Dawn a few years ago? It was by far, my favorite game to play. Being able to have an impact on the story with every choice was awesome and it felt like a movie with the actors, cut scenes, and writing.

How much time do you guys have, I'm still messing around with Red Dead 2 hunting all the different animals. I would recommend picking up the large PS4 HD for those with space issues. As someone with a little dude who also plays games, it has saved lots of major headaches. Now I can have as much content as I want. Anyway, it's been very helpful.

I mainly play in the evening after my daughter is asleep or weekend mornings.

If you happen to need extra space, you can always get an external SSD that plugs in via the USB port. Runs games extremely well
