I have tried calling myself several times in the past and never gotten anyone to pick up or anyone return any messages I've left. I laughed once when I heard a "all representatives are busy as we are experiencing higher than expected call volume" type message once.

I actually do not live too far from their office in Irving, TX. I really just want to go over there and go off, it may be easier.

My orders are stuck at fedex because panini didnt include the commercial invoice. I called fed ex and they told me the sender needs to clear it. THey called and left a message. I called and no one picks up. So we're stuck until someone at panini actually does something.

Should I just do a charge back??

oh damn what would happen if Panini doesn't clear it? FedEx sends it back to them? If so I would try one more time and then just do a charge back.

My 5 were not great.

One of my packs had 3 Rookies in it...

Huerter, Jacob Evans, and Yuta Watanabe.

Best hit was probably the Huerter.

Iverson, Yao, Duncan, Porzingis, Aaron Gordon were the main ones.

Cards look beautiful this year. The actual "White" sparkle, instead of the "Silver" sparkle in previous years is perfect for this year prizm.

100%. Yao sold for $60, Wata sold for $50, Aaron Gordon for $20. Not a bad start. Going to keep Huerter and Porzingis.
