Oh, I'm not salty. I think it is great for the NBA and their fans. The Lakers and LeBron were meant for each other.

Almost true. He beat my over-matched Bulls team for 2-3 years. The resot of that decade, almost everyone else dominated us too.

A for effort though (I guess). Crazy what going out West can do to ya. Good thing he stayed East so long!

And I'm pretty sure it was his inability to get past the C's that lead to him leaving the promised lands to take his talents to South Beach in 2010. He then let Wade, Bosh, Ray Allen and players lead him to a couple of rings while he waited for Boston to go into a re-building mode before going home to let Kyrie win him another ring. Then Boston starts to get good again and he runs to the West.

Lmao, that series against the Celtics was one of Lebron's masterpieces. Took him to that next level. I guess I understand why Lebron haters are so grumpy all the time. He's done work on them for so long. Poor fellas.

Nope, not grumpy at all. I respect good competition. I was grumpy watching Carmelo's Knicks come to town every year, or watch the Hawk unable to put together a real team despite all the draft picks and salary cap room. I had the utmost respect for LeBron the player and looked forward to every matchup with him. My favorite all time game was 2007-08 round 2, game 7 LeBron vs. Pierce. It was amazing theater. I also think LeBron the personality, pseudo-coach, BS GM and "leader" is a cancer to a team at this point in his career.

Cancers ruins teams. He does nothing but win. It's actually amazing what he does when he gets to a team that hasn't won anything before he got there.

They were the 4th seed in the West before he got injured. They were the 4th seed in the East last year. Not a big deal.

Reggie Bullock should be a great fit for the Lakers. Wish the clippers could have brought him back he’s turned into a legit 3 point shooter and decent defender

Bullock is a fine pickup for sure. He probably becomes their best free throw shooter too, another area they can use all the help they can get.

I agree with you when he is healthy for the full year just saying missing all those games at his age and this team might be a tough mountain to climb in the very competitive west with no real easy games

No doubt it’s caused a huge problem especially with their upcoming schedule and losing games like this to a no Dipo pacers team. But this is when Lebron takes over. He’ll figure out a way to right the ship.

Which he usually does after the All Star break.

This is the sched they're currently on.

@GS loss
@Indy loss
@Bos
@Phi
@Atl
Vs Hou
@NO
@Mem
Vs NO

Which would have been a pretty brutal stretch earlier in the season but now NO and MEM are a mess it's not so bad. Some juicy games though.

I think Atl, Hou, and their last 3 games are all winnable. Heck, I give them a fighter's chance against Philly (even though it's most likely an L). Boston will be tough, though.

Yeah it's just not as intimidating as it was when NO were rolling with AD and Miro in form and Randle on the bench.

I went through their schedule the rest of the way and I think they might lose only 6 or 7 games out of 28. So LeBron should still get them to 48 or 49 wins. We'll see.

Good trade for the lakers getting Reggie B.. Very disappointed Pistons traded him even though his contract is expiring. I feel like another team could've gave us a better deal for Reggie though.. Maybe Tom Gores doing his old Spartan buddy Magic a favor.. Oh well. I don't hate that he's a laker.

“He does nothing but win”

And get coaches fired, and rosters upended, and attempt to be political, and get beat like a drum by 42 by a team without its best player, and go 18-31 in the finals overall

But other than that, yes he’s a champion by any measure

Its obvious Dell "petty" Demps has no intention of trading with us. Lakers locker room morale potentially shot. Time for Magic and Rob to prove they are competent and make some additional moves. I'm calling Orlando rn and seeing if Kuz and Zu can get us Vucevic. I'm calling Phoenix and seeing how serious they are about Zo and if they are willing to take Zo, Hart, and our 1st for their 1st unprotected and whatever players they want to send to make money match, have LeBron call his buddy James Jones to try and help finesse it. Keep BI cause he seems like the only one of the kids with any balls to keep playing through the bs. Find a couple more cheap shooters and make a run.

Yea if the AD trade doesn’t go through which it won’t (Demps is merely toying with the Lakers) this team is going to miss the playoffs given the morale of the young core and the tough schedule the Lakers have ahead. The young core will assume they’re gone by the summer either way, the locker room mood must be so awkward. Magic has been doing a bad job since the summer imo, he better make some heroic moves this July as they need to build a championship core while Lebron is still this good.

People also seem to forget that wade won with the heat before he got there, it's not like he was the 1st.
Now Cleveland is stuck paying his friends $$$ after he left for greener pastures.
