Default Stolen From Package UPS

Alrighty i got a replacment package from Press Pass for a missing hit from my 2011 Stealth Racing Box. I got the package and it was sliced open on the top with nothing to be found inside. Ughhhhhh can UPS track who the package went through or can anything be done? It was direct from Press Pass to UPS to me. Any help is appriciated.

You should have never taken custody of the package. You should have refused the package and made the driver take it with him.

Hopefully you have called the 1-800 number already and filed a damaged package claim.

The problem is that probably close to 10 people handled it before it got to you. Filing a claim is pretty much the only option.
Get ahold of Press Pass and let them know what happened. Knowing their customer service, they might send you a replacement.
