Jackie Earle Haley was a pretty good Freddy, but the real one, Robert Englund, just put the makeup and gloves back on for a pretty funny guest spot on last week's episode of "The Goldbergs" on ABC. You can catch it on ABC On-Demand which most cable providers should offer.

The nightmare on elm street remake was HORRID. I am a nightmare on elm street NUT. I wanted the remake to live up to the name but to me it just fell flat not saying Jackie sucked on the movie but he just didn't fit the part for me.

Watched "Stephanie" last night on Netflix. Not bad at all. The script was pretty M. Night Shyamalan-ish and it's actually one of the movies out there that might have been better with him directing. As it was, I give it a solid "B" and would recommend it as a very solid sci-fi/horror/thriller flick that you're unlikely to regret having watched.
Plus it has the blonde chick from Fringe as the mom and, surprisingly, she's probably the weakest actor in the film. I mean, there are only really three actors in the entire film. But the dad and little girl do a great job. |

So I stumbled upon Huluween which is just a series of short horror movies on Hulu. This one stood out to me, it's only 5 minutes long but I thought they did a great job for such a short amount of time!

Just saw Get Out for the first time. It says Horror, Suspense, but I didn’t really think horror so much as thriller. Regardless, pretty damn good movie even though it was a bit predictable at times.
