PPR league - Javorius Allen or Nyheim Hines as a flex play?

Both look to see an increase in production this week due to injuries.

I say .j allen. .. if colts get blown out they will throw alot... abandon run game.. can be good or bad as hines is a rb catcher. But bal more balanced and I dont see browns blowing bal out the water.
