Ebay user tomom2013 won an auction for a 2016 Bowman Chrome Bryse Wilson autograph for $11.76 and initiated a return today. Reason: "not quite a 10 .. looking for a 10" I'll be adding him to my block list.

I scope Ebay all the time looking for gradeable stuff too and have bought TONS of raw cards. Most grade 10's. the ones that don't, just part of the game. I wouldn't return because of it. that's just crappy. you could probably fight the return as long as you properly listed it as NM/MT and not as "gem" or something like that.

OP states he takes returns so he takes them for any reason so the only thing to really fight would be if the seller pays for the return shipping or not.

I don't think so, but I think the blocked bidder may question why and get in touch.

If you have your settings set right they cannot even contact you.

They could just use another ID and buy the item and you would never know.

There is a way you can go in and see buyers who were blocked due to your requirements but not your BBL.
