Honestly, that he is a Blue Jay and that he’s Vlad’s son are what made me load up on his cards early. The apple doesn’t often fall far from the tree so him learning everything he knows plus genetic makeup made choosing him to buy in on was an easy one for me. Him being who he is has seen him rise above being with the Toronto Blue Jays a lot of the early sales were Canadians buying high and the recent $1,000 base gem sales have been buyers in the US driving the ship.

Since I scanned and finally got an imgur account i'm going to show off what I've got of little vlad. Not as good as a lot of you but I'm happy where i'm at on them. Sold a purple 9.5 a couple weeks ago and have these left. Leaning towards keeping them for awhile because I enjoy him and his dad was my favorite player.

Yes. 720 cards to a hobby case of 2016 BC. 100 base and 100 prospects. So at best, you're pulling 4 base from a case. At that rate, $30 raw seems like a deal.

Either surface defects or PSA is accounting for the future defects the card will have from being in one of its holders.

Cant tell honestly, edges and corners look clean. Maybe im missing something with the surface. I've though about subbing to BGS but concerned about the card getting damaged when they crack the case.
