I would think end of July. Diamond only has up to 49 in the system and that’s slated for end of June.

Not yet.. still waiting. But sounds like there's going to be a few Catwoman covers so lots of options to choose from.

I think DC's cover B variants all come sans trade-dress, besides a little text at the bottom.
