I understand everyone will have differing opinions about how it's his fault, his parents fault for not raising him properly, etc and to some degree I do agree with those people. He fits the age range and behaviors of what a typical presentation of mania looks like. I only mention this as a possible explanation because the sooner you diagnose a mental illness and treat it, the better.

Exactly. The worst part of that situation was that the judge ruled because he was never taught about consequences the court was going to punish him with no consequences. I still shake my head just thinking about that case. Image if you were a family member of one of the victims...

For many years I was a retail store manager. When minors were caught shoplifting we would only release them to their parents. It didn’t take long to learn, based off of parents reaction or lack of, which ones we would see again in the same situation.

If he sees he can get away with it he may up the stakes next time. Who knows,maybe he will work at a brokerage firm in the future and start robbing peoples 401k accounts.

One of the pictures he posted on his instagram account in the midst of pictures of all these ultra high end cards was a picture of the dictionary definition of "Legit". He obviously is a clueless rich kid who will be bailed out of every situation he gets himself into for his whole life.
