I have two orders currently underway as a PSA Platinum Member. My first one was finally logged today.

17 calendar days to log my orders - and somehow my 10 day @ $20 per card is now 30 day. Anyone know what may have caused this?

PSA rep told me the order was changed to 30 days to account for the lag in getting them entered into the system.

Unfortunately I got hammered by PSA on my crossovers. 5 of the 8 received a full point drop, 1 received a 2 grade drop and fell below the minimum. Only 2 of my BGS 9.5's crossed over to 10's. These are all PC cards so it shouldnt matter, but I'm still a little disappointed.

I do... bull sh@! Glad they show favoritism. I sent my order January 4th, (bulk 101 cards) logged February 1st... aaaand still no results. Yes, I am very salty right now. Can anyone line me up with a personal rep!? I can spend the money just waiting on the proper service to do so. I was told when I asked “ they do not do that anymore. “. Obviously, some of you have an inside hook up that does. I don’t care if I have to go through someone on here, I have money. I am sick and tired of excuses when I call. I just want someone to act like they care about my business. (Yes I get they have so much they don’t). *stomps feet like a child and walks away*

let me make this clear...I don't have a personal rep with PSA, and I've never talked to anyone at PSA besides when I make an error on my order form. I have spent over $10k with them in the last year though.

I would gladly spend 10k and then some... if they had better customer service. Then you have BGS... better customer service, but a longer wait. Wtf do you do. I really may give SGC a go

BGS doesn't have a 20 day service anymore. It's either guaranteed or non-guaranteed. Guaranteed service is 10 day service, 5 day service, 2 day service, same day service. The non-guaranteed time is around 6 months from what I recall. There is a thread about it.
