Yes all four cases will be drafting at the same time. Sending in a list is always the best thing to do.

Request being made for it to be moved to active. Once moved please follow the directions in the first post for making payment.

When sending an Online Payment to the host, protect yourself by sending as goods (not gift). If a payment is sent as a "gift", you eliminate your chance of filing a claim or chargeback should the need arise. If possible, fund the payment with a credit card to be fully protected.

Since the release date is pretty far away the deadline to pay will be 4/7. That still gives plenty of time for the random and to wheel and deal your spots.

again apologies for the newbie draft question - since you mention wheel and deal, does that mean the draft order currently listed is final at least as far as the initial randomization goes?

After everyone pays a moderator will randomize the lists five times. That will determine the draft order. Once that happens some people will want to buy/sell/trade spots based on where they ended up.
