Order was placed on 9/15. I had 2 sets refunded through PayPal, placed the same date.

Well, Topps said to send it in for a replacement. They didn't say who or what they would replace it with but I'm hoping it's a Baez card from someone who requested a refund. Heck, the way Happ's hitting that would be fine with me as well. Surely they wouldnt replace it with some random Carl Edwards or something crazy like that!?!

Man, it's great that they are willing to replace it for you.

I had damaged Adrian Beltre auto come in, they said they'll grade it and if it comes back better than BGS 8, then I'm screwed.
Came back 8.5 and they did nothing else.

I genuinely feel happy for you and your son

I thought PSA/DNA meant the card was graded for IP autograph.

The PSA/DNA is the dual grade service like beckett does

Oh I see.
You might be able to claim Topps for the damage though.
Their guarantee is "Near Mint or above".
But I don't know if it applies if you sent it to grading yourself.

But then again, it is still a 1/1 anyways!

Same boat. I just don't understand how it could be difficult to have those waiting longest to have their orders signed first? At this point you would hope they would throw us a little bone for our incredible patience and "understanding".

That sucks if you’re waiting for a valuable card like Belly, kind of leaves you with no leverage....just have to wait it out.

Just to clarify, this order is from early September as well so it appears they are just getting to that time of year now to fulfill orders and hopefully other September orders will be coming soon as well.

Got these two recently.

They were both won via auction, and ended below the original pricing from Topps.
The Frazier didn't even cost me $20.
I really don't like when BGS 9 grades and 10 auto plates come side by side (don't like the mismatch of silver and gold plates), but somehow really don't mind PSA 9s.

I think they would (Blacklist) him...I know I would if I was running the company. I also would expect to be blacklisted if I did that. I just can't get that worked up over a late autograph.

You must be joking? The Terms of Sale were violated, buyers are entitled to a refund. It’s that simple.

And considering I’ve bought three different Indians Postseason autographs on eBay for $30-40 each, no, I don’t think he would care.

Topps decided that it’s more efficient to provide lackluster customer support and accept chargebacks then to respond to customer concerns.....that’s TOPPS CHOICE.

They don’t even respond to claims, it’s embarrassing.

Where in the terms of sale dues it guarantee a delivery date? It says expected, but nowhere is there a guarantee.
