Harper auto Redemption question

Hey guys I recently pulled a redemption for a Bryce Harper auto from Wal-Mart, I had a thread earlier.

My question is: I went to a show on Sunday and tried to move it. The one dealer said he heard of rumors that the redemption, which is only found in retail, would be a variation. I know the redemption card says its for card BP1 so I dont know what to think.

Has anyone else heard of a rumor like this?
Any help would be appreciated

Ok. It just got me wondering, ya know? It seems odd to me that they would only insert redemptions in retail when they clearly already have them signed.

They didn't get them all in.

Just like the Chrome redemptions that were for 5 different random players that didn't send all their signed cards back in.

No one knows. There's a rumor that it's a sticker auto as well. All we do know is, they have been signed and will be shipping out fairly quickly.

heck, I hope I'm wrong and it is a variation. But Topps normally announces things like that.

Honestly, I'm just hoping for a cleaner auto. I wonder if Harper signed these separately from the ones inserted in Hobby/Jumbo.
