Default Upper deck redemption website issue?

Has anyone else been having problems with Upper Deck’s redemption page? I’ve tried to log in many times over the last 3 days and have gotten various error messages.

Maybe they’re busy loading the proper names for the Artifacts redemptions? For all the bashing of Panini and even Topps redemptions, UD at this point is still the worst.

Logic: bashing one or more companies does not equate to expressing love for another company.

They responded to all my emails in a pretty timely fashion back a few months ago when I tried to sign up but the system was down. It was less than a day until they e-mailed me back and told me they added me manually. Then they answered the next e-mails i had really quickly.

Ask them.

They need to hire a full time web developer. This is something I'd have fixed within 24 hours. For the companies I've worked for in the past, this would be totally unacceptable.

I can't tell if you don't like my statement or what, but it's just a statement with my opinion. All 3 companies have been bashed at one point or another regardless, and it's just mho that UD redemptions are the worst backlog, issues of the bunch. Does anyone have any updated information regarding this UD redemption issue, this is a #@#@#@#@ing unacceptable time frame to say the least!!

I've inquired a few times and have not received a response.



Just spoke to Upper Deck and they confirmed that their site is STILL down and quite frankly they don't know when they will be back up and running, this is just a #@#@#@#@ing mess!!!

I was 9 weeks into an "up to 12 week" wait on a redemption replacement. They told me as it is down on their end as well, my wait will start over whenever it comes back up.

Upper Deck’s member registration and redemption pages along with Upper Deck Authenticated’ s hologram page are currently down for updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing collectors. We will make an announcement when these pages are back up. Should you wish to receive an email when these pages are back up, please email us a request at QA@upperdeck.com. If you would like our Customer Care team to process a redemption manually or to have them review a UDA hologram number, please reach out toll free at (800)873-7332 or via email at QA@upperdeck.com.

You know they are just going to put these in a upcoming version of The Cup like they did with Tarasenko. At least you should get good replacement value.

The site is down because they lost redemption data. Either customer info or recently redeemed codes. That's the reason users can't access the site. They've pulled the database and are either trying to rebuild it or cull through emails & backend data to restore lost info.

No way the site is down for 3 weeks because of "updates". It was either compromised or data was corrupted & lost.

It's a giant upper decker for collectors. Do NOT spend your money here. They are in free fall.

2/16/2018 UPDATE :

Hello,

Upper Deck would like to thank our collectors for their patience while maintenance was performed to bring the company's member registration, redemption, UDA hologram and NPN pages back online. These pages have all been restored and we are in the process of testing them. These pages will be back online and accessible to customers on Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.

In appreciation for the continued loyalty of Upper Deck's collecting community, the company will be sending out 89 Random Acts of Kindness packages (#UDRAK) to fans who actively add redemptions to their stating Tuesday through Sunday, February 25, 2018. #UDRAK packages will be shipped out during the first week of March.
