Panini started doing baseball like this and topps started doing football

Kind of sums up how weird this whole hobby is.

Interesting product idea. I wish the patch swatches we're larger, not sure why they made them so small with all that real estate.

I think this memorabilia product makes it to epack, similar to how they launched the Granduer hockey coins.

I don't really get the size issue.

Some of my fav Auto sets are ridiculously tiny when you hold them. It seems childish at times.

UD Portraits was a set that worked very well (other than the stickers) in a bigger size.

This set just does not blow me away at all. But I do hope they pump out the Autos.

I'm interested. Think this "Could" be a really good product.

I do kinda wish the Jersey/relic windows were bigger. With the bigger card , they could really do some monster/sick patches. Also the bigger size would be great for multi person auto's. All in all, still looks pretty cool. I like the game used floor aspect.

Isn't this the same size as Court Kings box topper autographs?

I don't get why people are so turned off by these. The bigger thing here is Upper Deck is moving in the right direction, let's hope this eventually leads into new sports cards and competition for Panini.

Even when upper deck makes something this odd with all the manufacturing constraints they're under, it still looks better than panini products. Lol.

Yes. But they're also thick. I like the CK Box toppers. But they are a Pain in the #@#@#@ to store, ship, etc. These would be much more so. Not to mention they're not really that good looking - pretty uninspired design.

I totally agree. Although I really liked UD Portraits, this could be the beginning of getting them relevant again in the NBA, and getting a Panini to wake up with their majority boring releases of the same. old. stuff......

I was gonna do a case or two if i was able to get my hands on it but am i reading the odds correct on the sell sheet. You get two cards per box. Autos are 1:16?? In a 5k case youll get one auto possibly? Someone please tell me im wrong because i wanna buy

Edit : nvm thats materials auto 1:16. Hmm thats still pretty long odds

Personally I'm not really into the box toppers either, but at least those actually look like over-sized cards. These just look like clunky wooden slabs. They look tacky and gimmicky to me, but that aside the storage issue alone is enough for me to be turned off.

auto relics are 1 per 16. You are guaranteed an auto and a memorabilia card per box.

Likely 1 in 16 packs and it's 2 packs per box.

I don't think the size will be an issue. Assume they won't make a ton of this and it's more of a product people will have a couple pieces from.

I'm surprised people aren't talking more about the price. 250$ per card I wonder if they'll have a guaranteed jordan/lebron/ Simmons per case.

Lol $250 for a slab of wood with four tiny jersey pieces. People are going to lose their asses on this stuff. The price is definitely one of the many reasons that this product is absolutely ridiculous. Kudos to U.D. I guess, for coming up with a way to milk money out of their essentially wasted assets.
