Anyone else experiencing delays with PSA? I have a grading order that was delivered almost two weeks ago that is still not in the system yet.

Things are way backed up, my 30 day order was received on 12/7 and still not logged either. Has your 12/2 been logged yet?

Further, I have a 45 day order, received on 9/27, logged on 10/3 that still has not popped, today is day 52 or 83 calendar days.

My 30 day was logged on 10/19 and still hasn’t been completed. It’s pathetic. Todayis bus day 43.Nearly 150% of the expected time. They should be refunding people considering how excessive the delays are.

Why would they refund people if they haven't charged them yet? That's why they state it is non-guaranteed.

Issue a discount when orders are charged for those with obscene delays. I get it. The terms say expected but not guaranteed. That’s just a legal loophole they added in and are abusing it to death with the ridiculous delays. Same goes for the check-in period that doesn’t count against them technically which is also BS. I understand if it’s a few days here and there. But taking a week to check in for me (2-3 weeks now) and going 50% over the advertised turnaround time is bad, deceiving business.

How can you tell if it's been logged? I just see a received date.

How can you tell if it's been logged? I just see a received date.

You can see when PSA receives it by postage tracking, then logged date is when they put it into the system and shows up as their received date.

I'm sure it's due to the fact that they moved facilities. I have a 45 day bulk order that is due at the beginning of January, but I'm fine if it's late.

I also have a bulk & a 10 day order that was received by them last Wednesday that hasn't been logged yet.

I just received a bulk 45-day order back 3 weeks early. I have another 30-day order that is late by a few days as of today. I also have a 10-day order that they received on the 11th of December that hasn't been processed into their system yet.

On the 45-day order, there are multiple cards that came back with some substance on the case. Does anyone know how to clean the PSA cases? It looks like drops of some liquid but I've never cleaned a case and don't want to ruin them.

Question: Are the POP reports updated in real time, or updated at the time of shipping notification. Just wondering, if I should check the pop reports for a better glimpse of submission being completed

My experience is that POP reports get updated the day following grades being posted to the website.

Plast-x works pretty good. Sure they're not scuff marks? The end card that's facing the box''s edge will usually get some light scuffs that can look like stains. The exception is when there's paper work wedged in the box.

Slab renew is another product designed for psa/pcgs slabs but I've never used it.

The submission received 12/7 was just logged today, 12/21. Still no poppage on the 10/3 45 day order.

I have a 51 mays bowman at a very high submission fee that was received on 12/6/17, entered on 12/18/17. Nothing. I don't mind a short delay, buy when I throw out a bunch of money for "express", I hope it gets addressed in a timely manner.

I have a 10 day rec'd on Dec 13th, a 7 Day rec'd on the 19th and neither are in their system......and they have no problem sending out emails to encourage us to renew our 2018 memberships early to get the the 2017 prices.

I understand they moved and are apparently very busy, but it really seems like they don't care as they are the best and they know it.
