At this point only 17/18 Prizm, however I'm on the lookout for low numbered 17/18 Donruss John Wall cards as well. Sorry but I don't collect Select cards. Maybe I should considering how stupid Prizm pricing has become!

I paid $30 for my 15/16 Excalibur Crusade/5. I'd think a fair value on your 13/14 /5 would be in the $20-$40 range. However, if you don't care about the card, selling it "cheap" to a fellow collector would be the way to go. Nice pull.
