I sold 4 of my 5 boxes today ..... He already paid and I shipped them out .... I sold all 4 for $1,300 .... As much as I wanted to keep em and bust em I just couldn’t turn down the easy profit.... I hope he hits something good, I’d like both ends of this deal to be happy in the end

I am selling 2 locally for $550 cash. Was really looking to get $300/ea. but figured I would give a break on 2.

That leaves me with 4.... I would really like to sell 2 more, hold one and bust one but the last time I busted a box of anything it didn't go so well.

Pulled a fultz shimmer base today - these things are loaded. I was going open 1 or 2 of my 4 and hold the others, but naturally all 4 are popped. Same box as fultz shimmer had Kuzma silver, Tatum red prizm, and Ntilikina silver auto. So many big cards in here.

Given the amount of retail customers flipping the boxes, I seriously doubt we will ever have another opportunity like this. For those of us that still see this as a hobby, that sucks.

These were some of the more entertaining breaks I've had in quite some time.

Props to Panini, hopefully I'm wrong. The hobby has certainly changed. For better or worse, I don't know.

That's a good thing, and this is coming from a store owner. You want to see people buying at retail able to flip their boxes and make money.

The only thing I didn't like as a store was being cut so drastically on allocations.

But if you are against a retail customer being able to make money on a retail purchase because of a hot product, I don't know what anyone can say to you to make you see this as a good thing.

What risk do you think we run if we send some of these out to be graded ASAP. Miss out on the "new" hype? Or the first to be graded will have their own market?

Well, you will have to do the 2 day option for sure. If not, the hype may be over by the time you get them back.

i saw one broken live and it was ugly. REALLY UGLY.

I wouldn't call it easy. I opened two boxes. One was pretty decent and the other one is horrible. Didn't get a silver of any "good" rookies. You'd think those with mediocre boxes aren't posting results.
