I just spoke with Eric at Panini Customer Service. He stated that these boxes will start shipping today through tomorrow. For those, like myself, who still have "processing" showing for their order(s), your credit card, PayPal, etc... will be charged once they ship and "complete" your order.

I have 3 orders. One says Complete, the other says Processing and the last one says Cancelled.

my orders in the website has been shipped... my orders in the app hasnt

my orders in the website were made past 8pm est lol.... the app were before the cutoff

Is there a way to check status on the app? I purchased mine through it but have logged into the website to check status. Mine still says processing fwiw.

no way to check in the app... it should be in the website, once they ship it they will send an email as well.

I think so. It was like one of the first orders to be made 0009. The last purcahse I made on Nov 15th at like 8pm actually says shipped with tracking. Unfortunately its only 1 box. Go figure my single box order is shipped but my multiple box orders are pending or cancelled. FML

I have like 6 different orders, I assume panini is smart enough to look at the account and just ship them all at once?

Just got an email stating one of my orders has shipped along with a tracking #. It now says Complete on my order status and the rest still say processing. Was the last order I placed too, so not sure why it went out first.

Forget my previous response... didn't read what you put.. recent to older? Seems like maybe what they're doing, but in what world does that make sense? LOL.

okay - so confirmed.. in my case, they are shipping it from my latest order to earlier..

first confirmation was received for an order of 2 boxes at around 8pm est,
now i receive a confirmation for my order of 1 box ordered around 730 est

i am waiting for confirmation on 3 boxes that was ordered before cutoff!!! they are shipping it separately and not consolidating! hahahah
