1994 Topps Finest Error cards? Looking for info.

I bought a collection recently and the person had these cards set apart from 1994 Topps finest. They have way off-center and different player backs printed upside down also. I haven't seen anything like this. Any ideas?

Very likely pulled from Topps' garbage and cut aftermarket. This is something that Topps would throw out.
