My earliest batch since the league started was sent on 7/29. I asked tribetown if those would count and he said yes, so here's my two so far:

Mike Cameron signed 2/2 in 7 days via private address.
Points = 7 (+6 All-Star, +1 Bonus Items)

Frank Tanana signed 7/6 (included custom) in 9 days via private address. Inscribed each one with a bible verse (not sure if that counts as an inscription)
Points (if bible verses count) = 19 (+6 All-Star, +6 Bonus Items, +7 Inscriptions)
Points (if bible verses don't count) = 12 (+6 All-Star, + 6 Bonus Items)

From my understanding, it would be 6 points. I thought we agreed that you could choose 1 of those choices. For example, when I got Pat Neshek (current player and all-star), I chose to take 6 points since he is an all-star, instead of 5 for current.

I didn't agree to this! lol

I think this should be mentioned in the OP somewhere. Stating something like cannot combine All-Star and Retired, All-Star and Current Player, etc.

I have no problem with that, I view it as paying for a signature (Wade Boggs, Al Kaline, etc.)

I believe we are using a player who is currently on that teams roster.

I will add that into the OP. Everyone has been using it so far (as owlsonhats mentioned), so I didn't think we had any misunderstandings. Adding that now. Sorry about that.

It doesn't matter to me. Whatever you guys decide. I just copied and pasted scoring from past years, I'm fine changing it if you guys want.

One reason to only allow current rosters is that we may have expansion teams that have only been around for a decade or less. If that's the case there would be less 100% signers to hit. Using baseball as an example, we all have a 40 man roster to target and that seems more fair.
