Dont have any cards from the set, but a lot of cards are curved. The only problem may be putting that into a magnetic holder if you choose to, as the surface might touch the plastic. Value wise its still the same.

It won't really retract from the value unless there is a crease. Many cards are normally bent, especially those with wood stock or full foil surface.
Awesome card by the way.

To be fair, if I just bought that card (which presumably cost a great amount of money), I'd be unhappy to learn that it's curved like that. The seller should have mentioned it.

I have graded cards with a slight curve to them. I imagine humidity and the way they are stored play a part. Some cards come out of the pack that way.
Typically sheet cut cards are curved the other way. That bothers me more. |

To me, the curve has no bearing. The card looks great and it will be stored flat in whatever holder you use.

I've had plenty of cards curved like this over the years, granted none of them have been this high-end. What I usually do is CAREFULLY and very slightly bend the card in the opposite direction of the curve to try to flatten it out a bit without creasing the card. Usually, it works pretty well, but sometimes the curve is just too severe. As long as you're not a total moron you can pull this off without damaging the card. Though with a card as valuable as the one in the OP, I'd probably just accept the curve as is and not risk doing any possible damage just to be safe.

I have one from that set
it is not curved i do find a lot of my cards do warp because of the changes in humidity and temperature, especially since i live in chicago. the best thing to do is put it in a one-touch and leave it be. i don't think it'll affect value significantly. look at chrome, literally every one of their cards has a warp to them.

THIS. Many many chrome/Prizm cards come straight out the pack like that but if you know "when's when" on slightly bending it gently in the opposite direction it works just fine & straightens it out better than it was. Of course now, with a card like that, I'm not even touching it without latex gloves on much less bending it any. One thing I've noticed with my base cards & cards that I store, I've noticed a difference in old cards vs newer cards. I store every single last card of mine no matter how unimportant in sleeves, then in card boxes, that go into airtight storage containers and I add bubble wrap around the boxes on the inside. But as time passes on, this. My cards from 1990, Topps, Score, Donruss, etc., even though I've stored them for 27 yrs now, 98% of em are as straight as can be. I open up a container that I've stored for ex., 2011 cards no matter the brand but are made by Panini, 30 to 40% of them will be curved when taken out even though they're stored tight so they should be straight. In the box they'll look straight, then pull the card out & its slightly curved. Some worse than others. I don't get it, far as stored tight & straight, in-hand its curved. There's something bout newer cards that do it. I believe it's not Panini however 's wrongdoing. I just believe the cards from 1990 let's say the cardboard that's used is so thin & cheaper material per sé that it stands the test of time. Newer cards are made with better material yet something bout the material does this. Just ny two cents on it. Awesome card I'd love to have that bad boy, enjoy.
