I've been getting points from TBT set purchases, and even got points for buying Ginter X boxes.
Any purchase on Topps.com seems to enable getting points for Topps Now Loyalty Program, and I think it's pretty awesome.

Yes but Jeeves said you don't get credit towards platinum membership... I'm confusing the two. I don't get reward points so don't listen to me!

Agree with this. I get points for EVERY purchase.

Question. (And it may be stupid)... Has anyone else tried to purchase an additional Card of the month for the season? Yes, I made this mistake before realizing that only one is allowed per person.

So why would they allow me to do this? And can I get my points back (thinking for a future discount) since obviously they can not truly be redeemed?

Any help, even if critical, is appreciated.

I doubt that they will give you the point back, but I believe someone mentioned the code being able to be used for next month's Card of the Month (COTM) as well.
So, if you can't get the points back, maybe at least you can wait for next month COTM to come up and use it there.
But anyways, should ask the Topps support people with address of storehelp@topps.com though they are sometimes clueless agains the customers' questions.

Not sure, but very possible. 10 players with 10 guesses each equals 100 total guesses, somebody is bound to get a Direct Hit with those odds.

But, there are 5 of the 10 cards that are somewhat harder to predict. With the other half fairly easy to predict. I won't be surprised if the most cards scored for any one player is no higher than 6.

What is the best way to return my Ortiz auto? I reported on here dinged corners, but on further inspection the rear corner is peeling away from the card.

Take a photo of or scan both sides of the card and the packing slip. Email all to storehelp@topps.com and support@topps.com. Make sure you clearly state what the issues are and reference your pictures and packing slip.

You should then get an automated email from customersupport@topps.com with a reference number. Then cross your fingers that someone will respond with an answer that you will find acceptable.

You can tell they used a dull blade, gently swiping finger from center to edge of card on back you can feel a raised edge. I would imagine there is at least a sheet of these cut with a dull blade pulling the back layer off the card. Everyone check your closely.

Also, you probably need to send them the copy of packaging slip, so don't throw that away.
I also always put the order# on my title when making claims for Topps Now defects.
Email needs to be sent within 2 biz days from receiving your card.
