So...I have these two orders. Both sent at the same time in the same box, logged the same day. The longer bigger order popped today (34 days early).

I'm kewl w/ it..although my grader took a dump on my cards. I could have sworn half of the 87 Variation Judges would have been 9's or worse, and I would have sworn that all of the Bowman ROY Chromes would have been 10's. Pretty inconsistent vs. what I predicted, but YOLO. Got em' early!

I called and complained again about my 5 day express still NOT DONE!!! Clock started ticking on 6/29... yet a lucky person on here sent theirs in much later, and already as the same card graded... really not happy with the excuses I am getting from PSA. As of now, BGS blows them out of the water.

Yup just like the other person's card which was done in like 4 days...one damn card... And they can't just can't get it done in time, but the other card done while I still wait...grrrr

Have only had one late order thus far, multiple late if you count long business day logs, but also multiple very very early pops as well.

Anyone elses PSA profile not loading their orders? I'm getting error messages.

Yeah they expect it to be fixed later tonight or tomorrow. They are aware of it.

On another note - Its nice to see 10 days popping before my 5 day pops that was uploaded the same day lol

They've had them since the 30th! On a 5 day order. When I called (how I know they are having site issues) they told me it should be done tomorrow. Which will technically be day 8 and realistically day 11 plus 1 holiday day.

I was pretty livid with BGS, not because of delays, mine was only 4 days late during the fiasco and I got a great deal to make up for it, but because the grades were horrible! I've never had an overall horrible sub like this and feel they were extra strict because of the deal. Far fetched I know. I was contemplating switching to PSA, a friend of mine is with me on this, but after this I'm back to being torn again on which way to lean. I guess I'll decide more once I receive the grades from PSA.

I sent in a small 2 card order which should have arrived today according to tracking. 10 day service. With the National coming up, these should be logged by Halloween, graded by Christmas and sent back by St. Patrick's Day

Well, they entered them in the system this afternoon. Hopefully they are faster working them then logging them!

If you sign up for the platinum membership, instead of getting 15 vouchers good for the 7 day service level, you can get 12 vouchers redeemable for onsite grading at the show (which is very very expensive). Heck of a deal if you happen to be in Chi-town.

EXACTLY! The above was done using my membership renewal. But applies for new members as well

You can use any combo of 12 from: Raws, Crossovers and even reviews, if you wish too!

Does PSA consider Wed-Fri of this week not business days due to the National? Today is the 7th day on my 7 day order (dlvd 7/12, PSA logged 7/18). Should I be expecting them to pop on Monday after the National?

My 15 card CC renewal sub was logged 7/18 and popped 7/24. Crazy how much it varies from order to order.
