Who knows about this card?

So I've had this forever (since 1992). No idea when or how I got it, but I had a LOT of cards back then. I am starting on COMC and listing a bunch of weird stuff...but can't even find this card on COMC or eBay.

Anyone know anything about it? Thanks in advance!

It was a giveaway. I had one, got mine in a Tuff Stuff magazine many many moons ago. They also did these and other promo cards as incentives when you mailed in some money and some wrappers and bought a complete set in a binder.

I think that also included cards of Payne Stewart (Golfer) and maybe the Santa card. Not 100% sure.

But it wasnt a pack pull, it was a promo.

Hmmm, interesting. I have that Payne Stewart card, it was definitely in packs.
