Default Becket passed it's Deadline

I have an order at Beckett and the Deadline for them is 3-1-17. Today is 3-2-17 and I've gotten no shipping information and it still shows 0/8 cards graded. Is that eligible for Beckett's guarantee? Has anyone ever tried to get a refund for a late order? Any input would be appreciated.

No. There is no guarantee anymore.

I thought I saw something about Beckett adding a 5-day grace period on orders past the stated date.

I thought it just went from 10 days to now 10-15 days. So even after 15 days there is no guarantee?

Im ok with there being an estimate, but if it is always going to be over 10 days then it isn't an estimate, it is the days. If it is 15 days, just say 15 days.

Great job they did lowering the price to. Oh wait, no they didn't.

Has anyone had one that has gone over 15 days?

I think BGS still has 4 more days. I wouldn't worry too much.

They should also change the deadline date online as well. My stated deadline date was 2/28, and I have not received anything. The 5 day grace period would put my order at next Tuesday.

I agree with this.

If they are going to take 15 days, fine but just let me know

From all the posts I've read it seems the 10 day service with a 5 day grace period should just be called a 15 day service. It seems everyone gets their grades on the last possible day.

I didn't have a 10 day service a month ago that was 10 days, so they aren't completely just a 15 day service level

Same here. I did a 10 day and on the 11th morning the grades popped.

The whole timing thing from them is garbage. I show my order actually arrived on the 13th via USPS, they say they received it on the 15th. THen on day 11 still no grades with no expectation as to when I might see them? I realize they have us by the balls, but I paid for a specific service and they failed to honor what I paid for. It also does still state on their site they offer the guarantee and yes they added the 5 day loophole but like most of you, I agree why not just call it a 15 day service. Such a Scam.

They did that BS to me. Got my cards on a Wednesday said first day wasn't until a Friday.

Well hope they don't get them done until the 16th day Id guess

I had a 10 day order that was supposed to ship yesterday as well and I've gotten nothing so far and still showing 0 of the cards are graded.
Pretty crappy to pay for a service that you don't actually receive. But hey if you pay double or triple for 2 or 5 day service you'll get everything back as expected.
Glad everything in life doesn't require a 200% upcharge to ensure you get what you order.

I've got an open 20 day order with 30+ cards. The deadline was 3 days ago. Still nothing.

Same thing currently happening to me.

BGS pop date was 3/1, so far nothing. Compare that to my last PSA order:

30 day bulk submission:
-Received in system: 2/17/17 (got there like 4-5 business days before this)
-Popped 2/28/17

In total, I've had one PSA order go beyond the expected timeframe. I've had nearly half of my orders pop early, usually significantly earlier than expected.

Right now is probably their busiest time of year. People get in all their baseball stuff so that the slabs come back towards the front end of Spring Training. I'm not going to rush to conclusions just yet. If they drag out an order in July, then it's time to start complaining.
